Success Stories

And other Baby Boomers I taught “MRF PREHAB SYSTEM” techniques that experienced the same results:

  • When P.C. came to me for advice, his doctor had him scheduled for surgery the following week. He was a 38 year old salesman with chronic low back pain. He was unable to exercise, sit or play with his children without intense pain in his back and down his right leg. His orthopedic surgeon prescribed rest and pain medicine for 4 months as his symptoms worsened. Desperate to avoid surgery and searching for answers, he turned to me. Using some of my “MRF PREHAB SYSTEM” methods, Phil was able to cancel his surgery and get back to living the type of life that gave him great purpose to get out of bed every morning!

  • S.R.’s arch and foot pain were unbearable. After drastically limiting her running, she still was unable to stand for more than 20 minutes without the stabbing pain returning. Using “MRF PREHAB SYSTEM” techniques involving self-applied trigger point releases, her arch and toe pain were gone following just two treatments. She now can run as much as she desires!

  • P.F. has suffered from low back pain for years and it had become just “a normal pain” that accompanied her each and every day. Hearing about her issue one day, I showed her a new lumbar/pelvis splinting technique I created with a simple towel for low back pain sufferers. P.F. turned to me two minutes later with a look of joy on her face as she said: “This is the first time in 2 years that my back is pain-free when I’m sitting!”

Sports Medicine Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer, Mike Ryan answers your personal questions...

Doug T. - I love your sports medicine info and I'm excited to see the new changes. I'm trying to get back in shape for the summer and I'm having ongoing knee pain that never seems to go away. The pain is mostly below my kneecap and it hurts when I move my knee after sitting for a prolonged period of time in a movie or on a plane. I'm 42 years old but this is making me feel like I'm 80 years old! What can I do?? Thanks for your help.
